Allen & Overy has advised Recurrent Ventures, an innovative digital media company, on its acquisition of Donut Media, an automotive content brand known for its YouTube channel and online merchandise store.

The acquisition will expand Recurrent Ventures’ presence in the automotive space and lay the groundwork for Recurrent Ventures to expand its video content.

The A&O team was led by New York-based M&A Partner Nick Marchica and associate Matthew Andonian and law clerk Kevin Leitao. Specialist advice was also provided by New York-based Employment partner Brian Jebb, IP partner Keren Livneh and Tax partner Dave Lewis, in addition to associates Rachel Lee, John Hibbard, Kyle Coogan, Lauren Diner, and law clerk Jack Butz.
