Kyle advises clients on a range of intellectual property, technology, and privacy related matters. He has experience drafting and negotiating intellectual property and technology license agreements, outsourcing and services agreements, and other technology-focused commercial agreements.

Kyle also advises on intellectual property, information technology, and privacy aspects of domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, private equity acquisitions and dispositions, venture capital investments, and lender- and borrower-side financing arrangements. He represents clients spanning a variety of industries, including renewable energy, healthcare and life sciences, financial technologies, as-a-service solutions, blockchain technologies, automation, and gaming.
 
He has a background in electrical and computer engineering and also has prior experience in pharmaceutical and high-tech patent litigation, software and electrical device patent prosecution, and freedom-to-operate due diligence and counseling.
