Allen & Overy advises Guggenheim Investments and Wire 3 on a sale to Oak Hill Capital

Guggenheim Investments is the global asset management and investment advisory division of Guggenheim Partners and has more than USD218 billion¹ in total assets across fixed income, equity and alternative strategies. In 2021 the firm provided a financial commitment on behalf of certain clients that enabled Wire 3 to accelerate its rollout of symmetrical, direct-to-home fiber optic network throughout Florida's Volusia and Brevard counties.

The transaction was led by New York-based Corporate Private Equity Partner Kfir Abutbul with support from associates Irene Kau and Ardi Khalafi.
