Allen & Overy Warsaw Competition team publishes Merger Filing Guide for Poland

The Warsaw Competition team, consisting of senior associates Olga Wiśniewska-Łukasiuk, Agnieszka Kolasińska-Czerwińska, and associate Aleksandra Kłoczko, published a guide to Merger Filings in Poland with Mergerfilers.com, a specialised legal information website for M&A professionals, lawyers, businesses and investors involved in M&A transactions, and for anyone else with an interest in merger regulations or competition law in general.

The guide comprises 50 topics, including merger filing thresholds, notification procedures and substantive assessment, as well as links to the relevant national legislation and competition authority's guidelines. The guide also includes a decision database that can be used to identify the key precedents of the Polish competition authority.
