Olga is a senior associate in Allen & Overy Warsaw's Competition and EU Law department.
She provides legal advice on a broad range of Polish and EU competition law issues, and represents clients in merger and antitrust proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority and the European Commission, as well as in court proceedings. Olga has an established track record of advising on complex multi-jurisdictional merger cases before the European Commission, the Polish Competition Authority, and as well as other competition law authorities around the world. She has advised clients from various industries, in particular consumer and retail, banking and finance, oil and gas, and real estate on the compliance of their business models and strategies with competition law.
Olga graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College, London. Olga was nominated in the Polish ranking Rising Stars – Lawyers of Tomorrow 2017 and individually recognised as a “Rising Star” in Legal 500 EMEA 2023 Competition/Antitrust.
