Allen & Overy advises on the transfer of LimaCorporate from EQT to Enovis

Enovis™ Corporation (NYSE: ENOV, “Enovis”), an innovation-driven, medical technology growth company, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire LimaCorporate S.p.A. (“Lima”) from EQT Private Equity. Lima is a privately held global orthopedic leader focused on restoring motion through an innovative portfolio of implant solutions. The acquisition has an enterprise value of approximately EUR800 million.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early 2024.

Allen & Overy has advised Enovis with a cross-border and cross-department team led by Corporate partner Paolo Nastasi, with support of a core team composed of senior associate Chiara De Luca, associates Francesco Martello, Nicolò Baruffi, Marta Avara and Mara Cagnana and trainees Chiara Basile Baldassarre and Ludovica Boiocchi, which coordinated also the assistance of A&O Italy department and of the A&O teams in US, UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Australia and Japan.
