Sarah's areas of practice are international bond issues and derivatives.

She provides assistance on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including EMTN programmes establishment, maintenance and bond issues, standalone bond and private placement issues and liability management exercises. After having gained an LL.B. degree at University College London, Sarah went on to complete a specialist LL.M. in commercial and financial law at King's College London university. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Sarah worked in an asset management company as in-house counsel dealing primarily with derivatives transactions and alternative investments, before moving to the international corporate and legal affairs division of a leading Italian Luxury goods company.
