Ruth advises clients, including in particular investment fund managers, institutional investors and asset managers, on the structuring and setting-up of open-ended as well as closed-ended investment funds, as well as the investments and divestments of these fund vehicles.

Her particular focus is on regulated investors such as pension funds, pension schemes but also fund initiators as well as the asset class real estate and other alternative investments. She also regularly advises clients on (cross-border) fund distribution.
