Jeremy Parr



Jeremy is a senior corporate partner with experience in a wide range of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, public takeover bids, private equity, privatisations, joint ventures, complex commercial agreements and equity finance.

He regularly advises London listed clients on their UK Listing Rule obligations and has wide experience of advising on corporate governance and risk management issues affecting multinational corporations. The Chambers legal directory has for many years recommended him as a leading practitioner in Corporate Law and M&A.

  • He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Theatre Royal Haymarket Masterclass Trust, a charity focussed on helping young people develop their careers in the art and craft of theatre, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Enham Trust, a charity for the disabled.
