In response to the Covid pandemic, new - simplified and temporary - restructuring proceedings were introduced in Poland to handle the anticipated increase in the volume of insolvent businesses. Two years later, Polish policymakers have decided to make these temporary measures permanent. Experts from our Warsaw office provide their observations.
