Allen & Overy’s U.S. CLO practice receives Law Firm of the Year at SCI Annual U.S. Middle Market CLO awards

Allen & Overy’s U.S. CLO practice, led by New York partners Lawrence Berkovich, Nicholas Robinson and Chris Jackson, has been named as SCI’s Law Firm of the Year award in the middle market CLO space, as the practice is recognized for its accomplishments as a leading advisor in the middle market CLO sector. 

The practice focuses on representing underwriters, asset managers, administrative agents and debt and equity investors in CLOs, in addition to working with leading investment banks and collateral managers in the widely distributed and private middle market CLO space, representing lenders and borrowers in structured loan facilities, CLO warehouse facilities, risk retention financings and a variety of other asset backed securities transactions.
