The amendment to the group's syndicated loan agreement particularly concerns the adjustment of the credit facility amount to EUR1.042 billion and the extension of the maturity of the facility from March 2023 to April 2024 for an amount of EUR982 million euros, with the option of an extension until April 2026.
Coordinated by Crédit Agricole CIB, the syndicate of lending banks comprises Banco Santander, Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Commerzbank, Crédit Agricole CIB, Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France, HSBC, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, LCL, Natixis, Société Générale and UniCredit Bank.
