On March 18, 2024, Allen & Overy filed a complaint on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Massachusetts against the Bristol District Attorney’s Office (BDAO) for records related to the BDAO’s collection, storage, and use of individual’s DNA information.
Working with Jessica Lewis at the ACLU of Massachusetts, the A&O team was led by Boston Litigation partner Nicholas Mitrokostas and included senior associates Katherine Kieckhafer and Gideon Duke-Cohen.
