Allen & Overy Paris has advised the investment group IK Partners in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of Groupe Batisanté, leading provider of compliance and security services and expert in protecting buildings and their occupants.

Allen & Overy has also assisted IK Partners and Groupe Batisanté in setting up a revolving line of credit for the purpose of financing the company’s (and its subsidiaries’) short-term financing needs.

Founded in 1987 and based in Neuilly-Plaisance, Batisanté is a leading compliance and safety services provider, primarily servicing residential buildings and professional customers.

The transaction involved the Paris office of Allen & Overy, with a team composed of Géraldine Lezmi (Partner), Adrien Repiquet (Senior Associate), Constance Frayssineau (Associate) and Dusan Vukanovic (Associate).
