The company is aiming to become the world’s first integrated lithium chemicals and renewable energy producer with a net zero carbon footprint. Its ZERO CARBON LITHIUM™ Project intends to produce a battery-quality lithium hydroxide chemical product from its combined geothermal energy and lithium resource, which is Europe’s largest lithium resource, in Germany.
The listing prospectus has been approved by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht) on 11 February 2022. Admission to listing on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is expected to occur on 14 February 2022 with trading expected to commence on 15 February 2022.
