A&O has advised PAI Partners in relation to the acquisition financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in the ECF Group.
The ECF Group is headquartered in France with operations across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand and is a leading business-to-business distributor of equipment and consumables for hospitality and care professionals.
The A&O team in London was led by finance Partner Adam Zecharia, with support from senior associate Nihaal Khanna, associates Fraser Jackson and Marta Pelaez, and trainees Grace Allen and Yi Wen Lee. The team in Paris was led by finance Partner Thomas Roy, senior associate Asha Sinha and associate Antoine Duez, with tax advice being provided by Partner Mathieu Vignon and senior associate Virginie Chatte.
