Allen & Overy has advised Fiera Infrastructure Inc. (“Fiera Infrastructure”), a leading global mid-market direct infrastructure investor and an affiliate of Fiera Capital Corporation, a world leading independent asset management firm, on the establishment of Domus Social Housing Ltd, a newly created social infrastructure platform and the related acquisition of a portfolio of properties.
Domus Social Housing Ltd will focus on establishing a balanced portfolio of supported housing with long-term leases with a range of housing providers (including charities and Community Interest Companies) to provide accommodation to vulnerable people in the UK.
The A&O team was led by real estate Partner Chris Woolf and Senior Associate Kathryn Witton, together with one of Fiera’s relationship partners Neil Sinha.
