Allen & Overy has advised CVC Capital Partners, a world leading private equity firm, on its investment in Gaming1 and its related financing. Gaming1 is the leader in the Belgian gaming and betting market and present in nine countries around the world, both physically and online. Completion of the transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals.
