AI and data analytics have captured the popular zeitgeist and its effect on regulatory enforcement and compliance is growing.
Claire Rajan, Partner in our Washington DC Office, and Ayyan Zubair, Associate in New York City Office, have written a piece for The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation looking at how regulators have used data analytics in enforcement actions to date and how they hope to use technology in new ways to identify potential enforcement cases.
