Andrew is Co-Head of our Global Banking Practice and specialises in cross-border leveraged finance, debt restructuring, syndicated corporate lending (both secured and unsecured) and acquisition finance.
He regularly advises private equity firms on the full range of structuring and finance issues and lenders (including banks and funds) on leveraged finance and debt restructuring. He also has extensive experience advising corporates on their financing requirements.
