Andrew is Co-Head of our Global Banking Practice and specialises in cross-border leveraged finance, debt restructuring, syndicated corporate lending (both secured and unsecured) and acquisition finance.

He regularly advises private equity firms on the full range of structuring and finance issues and lenders (including banks and funds) on leveraged finance and debt restructuring. He also has extensive experience advising corporates on their financing requirements.

Financing role for A&O on LVMH's acquisition of Tiffany & Co

Paris/New York: Allen & Overy has advised the banks on one of the largest deals ever in the luxury sector. A EUR15 billion equivalent loan facility is being used to finance the agreed acquisition by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE (“LVMH”), the world’s leading luxury group, of Tiffany & Co.
