Andrew is a partner in the Amsterdam office of Allen & Overy LLP and an English solicitor. Andrew specialises in cross-border debt restructuring, leveraged finance, syndicated lending and acquisition finance. He advises leading international and Dutch banks and funds, private equity firms and large corporates on a wide range of financing issues.
Andrew has many years of experience in the European and Dutch markets and is able to negotiate and execute transactions both in English and in Dutch. Andrew was previously Co-Head of Allen & Overy’s Global Banking Practice from 2016 to 2020 and Managing Partner of Allen & Overy’s Amsterdam office from 2009 to 2015.
