Zuzana advises on banking and finance transactions, including real estate finance, fund finance, syndicated loans, general corporate lending and acquisition finance as well as debt restructuring, advising international financial institutions, corporates and asset managers, as well as local institutions and investors.

Zuzana undertook a two-month secondment at Starwood Capital Group, Luxembourg where she gained significant experience in private equity and the real estate sector. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2016, Zuzana gained a work experience in the fund industry at HSBC Global Asset Management in Paris.
