Tom is an associate in the IP litigation team. He has worked on a range of contentious IP issues, with a particular focus on life sciences patent litigation. Since qualifying Tom has gained considerable experience on highly technical multi-jurisdictional life sciences patent cases, using his science background to understand complex subject matter.
Tom has a Masters in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, which included a four month research project in molecular cell biology at the University of Princeton.
