Sophia Evenhuis

She advises on EMTN programmes, liability management and various types of bond issues, such as plain vanilla bonds, corporate hybrid issues, regulatory capital, ESG bonds (green/sustainable bonds and sustainability-linked bonds) and covered bond issues. Sophia has gained in-house experience at ING Bank N.V. in the Financial Markets team during a client secondment. Before joining our capital markets team, she worked in our real estate department. Sophia has studied private law and history at the University of Amsterdam. She joined Allen & Overy in 2015.
