Sam Jones is a Manager in Allen & Overy’s global strategic and regulatory consulting business. He has experience on a range of regulatory strategy, governance and risk management related mandates.
Prior to joining A&O Consulting, Sam spent six years with JPMorgan, primarily working in the Office of Regulatory Affairs, which led the firm’s strategy and response in respect of various key pieces of financial services regulatory policy change.
In addition, Sam has also been seconded to HM Treasury, working in the financial market infrastructure policy team, in particular on the Brexit no deal contingency planning.
