Regina has extensive experience advising trustees and agents on debt capital market transactions including standalone issues, MTN programmes, equity-linked products and securitisations as well as facility agents, security agents and intercreditor agents on corporate banking transactions including real estate investment and project finance loans.
Regina’s practice also includes advising trustees in relation to defaults, restructurings, amendment and consent processes and exercises of discretions.
Regina is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
