Rachel O'Reilly is Counsel in the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (PENRI) group of Allen & Overy LLP. Rachel focuses on investments in low carbon energy projects in the UK and Europe.

She specialises in advising on the commercial and financial arrangements core to energy transition, having experience working with utilities, developers, financiers and corporates across renewable and low carbon heat and power generation and supply (including offshore wind, solar, nuclear, CHP, heat pumps), district heating, energy efficiency, energy management, energy storage and energy network flexibility services including demand side response.
