Pelayo is an associate in the Banking and Finance department in our Madrid office.

He has experience in capital markets and banking practices. He has advised asset securitisation transactions, including RMBS, SMEs, trade receivables, credit cards, auto-loans, etc. In addition, he has experience in domestic and international financial transactions covering both syndicated financings and debt restructurings.
