Noemie’s practice focuses on French and European competition law, as well as distribution and consumer law matters. Before passing the Paris bar exam, Noemie graduated from a Master degree specialised in International and European business law and from an LL.M in Law and International Management in a business school.

Her experience includes representing clients before EU and French competition authorities in antitrust litigations (abuse of dominant position, cartel practices), as well as in appeal proceedings against decisions issued by such authorities. Noemie also assists companies in the context of merger control filings.
