Ninwa specialises in general commercial and contract law with a particular focus on technology, IT and outsourcing. She has advised a broad range of cross-border outsourcing transactions (among which BPO’s), including on complex strategic and regulatory aspects of such deals, and IT/carve-out aspects of M&A transactions. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating various services and technology related agreements.

Before joining our corporate team, Ninwa worked in the Amsterdam banking team were she advised all the major Dutch banks and several international financial institutions as well as borrowers in several types of financing transactions. She has moreover worked in our competition team, where she advised on data protection and competition matters.
