Nina is a senior associate in our Amsterdam corporate team. She focuses on private (international) M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients. Her experience includes advising on (cross-border) private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private equity deals, restructurings and carve-outs.
Nina was seconded to our London office from July 2019 until January 2020.
Noteworthy transactions on which Nina advised include NPM Capital on the acquisition of Futurewhiz, parent company of Squla and WRTS; Arvesta on the acquisition of a minority stake in Van der Hoeven; KidsFoundation on the acquisition of Partou from Navitas Capital; Avedon Capital Partners on various transactions, including the acquisition of Brand Masters, the sale of Robidus to Aegon, the divestment of VanRiet to Material Handling Systems, Inc. and the acquisitions of VisionsConnected and Viju to create Kinly; Axel Springer on the sale of @Leisure to OYO Hotels & Homes; a multinational location technology and consumer electronic company on the sale of its Telematics business to Bridgestone.
