Nabil is an India qualified lawyer with over six years of experience in a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions in India and Asia Pacific.
He has advised issuers as well as underwriters on Rule 144A and Regulation S initial public offerings, QIPs, rights issues, offer for sales, infrastructure investment trusts and tax-free bond issuances. He has also been involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents for a diverse variety of mergers and acquisitions-related transactions.
Nabil has previously worked with a leading US law firm in Singapore and an Indian law firm in New Delhi, India.
