Miao Wang advises asset managers on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Luxembourg private funds investing across a broad range of asset classes (including PE/VC funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds, credit funds, impact funds, fund of funds, GP stake funds and crypto funds), as well as of pledge funds, separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and carried interest vehicles.
She has extensive experience in advising on cross-border fund structuring and is experienced with both Luxembourg and Cayman structures. Miao also regularly assists sovereign funds and institutional investors on their participation/investments in private funds, and advises funds and banks on fund finance transactions.
She is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Miao is recognised as a “Rising Star” for Investment Funds in Luxembourg by Legal 500.
