Matthieu is a Luxembourg-based senior associate in our Corporate and M&A practice.
He advises on domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group reorganizations, corporate governance and management incentive plans. He also has experience advising on equity capital markets transactions.
Matthieu has particular exposure to private equity clients, and was seconded at the Luxembourg offices of a real estate fund and a private equity firm respectively in 2017 and 2018. He also advises financial institutions, multinational corporates and companies from the insurance and reinsurance sectors.
Matthieu joined Allen & Overy in 2015.
