Mark advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control proceedings and behavioural matters. He has recently advised a global financial institution on a highly confidential antitrust matter, as well as various multinational merger control proceedings.
Mark was previously based in Allen & Overy's London office, and has also spent six months on secondment to Allen & Overy’s Abu Dhabi office.
Mark has a degree in Modern Languages from Durham University.
