Marieke is an associate in the Corporate M&A team in Amsterdam. She focuses on corporate law in a broad sense, advising on and coordinating domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for both private equity and strategic (corporate) investors.

Prior to joining the Corporate team, Marieke worked in the Projects & Real Estate department, where she advised both banks and borrowers on domestic and cross-border deals with a focus on project finance, PPP, real estate finance and secured lending transactions. In 2021, Marieke graduated from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and joined Allen & Overy later that year.
