Marc advises on general corporate and private equity matters, including on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and refinancings and corporate restructurings, both within a domestic and cross-border context and across all sectors.

Marc also heads Allen & Overy's Luxembourg-Latin America desk, which addresses all inbound and outbound client demand into and from both Luxembourg and the Latin / South American regions. In this respect, he is regularly solicited on various matters, including the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg retail and institutional investment funds, private wealth platforms and securitisation vehicles; listings and stock-exchange related work for all types of Luxembourg and foreign vehicles (including eurobonds); as well as more general corporate matters such as public and private company incorporations, restructurings and re-domiciliations to Luxembourg.
