Lila joined Project Management in April 2018 as a Senior Legal Project Manager, having joined A&O in September 2012 as a trainee and qualifying into the London Leveraged Finance team in September 2014. She is a solicitor of the courts of England and Wales.
Following a secondment to Citibank in 2017, Lila became more aware of the future of law and the enhanced legal services A&O could provide to clients. Her move to Project Management was inspired by an interest in A&O’s potential to innovate.
Lila enjoys working on the largest and most complex matters at A&O. She works closely with A&O lawyers and clients to ensure that the delivery of A&O’s legal services are an integrated, seamless whole. From planning at the start of a matter through to execution and close, her objective is to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
