Khadija is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice. She advises lenders and borrowers in various areas of financing, including project finance (namely in renewable energy), syndicated loans, acquisition financing and corporate financing.

Khadija has joined Allen & Overy after three years of experience in Paris, first as a lawyer at the Paris Bar practicing in an international law firm and then as an export finance legal counsel in an investment bank.

Khadija is a graduate of the Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, the Paris-Dauphine University and the Emlyon Business School. She is bilingual in French and English.
