Kaoutar Laachir

Kaoutar is a deputy civil law notary and specialises in corporate law. She has experience across a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate advice. Kaoutar joined Allen & Overy in 2018 after graduating from VU University Amsterdam.
