Justin is the managing partner of the Amsterdam office. He has an international client base and a broad corporate practice focusing primarily on private M&A and private equity. He has also significant experience in complex joint ventures, buy and sell side roles and carve out situations His deals are typically multi-jurisdictional rather than country specific.

Justin’s M&A work spans numerous sectors, such as TMT (including for Naspers, Veon, 21st Century Fox, Tele2, Liberty Global and Talpa), industrials (including numerous cross-border deals for Indorama in Europe, the US, Africa and Asia), international retail (including the global combination of Walgreens and Alliance Boots ) and agriculture and food (including M&A for Cargill on a global basis). In private equity, he works with certain of our key clients, such as HIG.

Other noteworthy experience includes advising:

  • Indorama on numerous acquisitions globally, including acquisitions of DTF, Glanzstoff, Schoeller, Wellman International's European recycling business and the UK and Dutch PTA/PTE businesses of Eastman.
