Jill is Head of Corporate for Allen & Overy's Advanced Delivery Legal team and has been instrumental in developing ADL's Corporate offering. She is a solicitor with over 15 years’ experience of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment and shareholder arrangements, group reorganisations (including demergers) and limited liability partnerships.
Jill has managed the due diligence aspects of various multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions. She has a particular expertise in applying legal technology to design and project manage the very large document intensive exercises handled by the ADL team.
