Jill Gracey

Since joining A&O in 2021, Jill has worked on various employment litigations and investigations on behalf of clients based in the financial services industry. Examples of the work involved include drafting pleadings and witness statements, proofing witnesses, litigation strategy advice and attending Tribunal hearings.

Jill also advises on employment aspects of corporate transactional work across the A&O global network which includes assisting with due diligence exercises and contract reviews. Jill provides day-to-day advisory advice to clients in relation to various employment matters including advising on and negotiating senior employee exits and leading multi-jurisdictional employment advisory projects.
