Jenny Yunjeong Lee

Prior to joining A&O, Jenny worked with a leading law firm in Seoul, Korea, where she represented private equity investors, infrastructure funds and major global renewable energy sponsors and advised on the acquisition and divestitures of major energy and infrastructure assets and businesses and development of multiple pioneering offshore wind projects, including the project financing of the first utility scale offshore wind project in Korea.

Prior to joining A&O, Jenny also worked as a commercial counsel at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, where she negotiated and advised on wind turbine supply and service agreements for numerous onshore wind projects in the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining A&O, Jenny also articled with the Ministry of the Attorney General, in a legal branch that served the Ministry of Infrastructure where she advised on infrastructure procurement matters. She also worked as a legal counsel at Infrastructure Ontario, where she negotiated and advised on the construction and commercial leasing of infrastructure assets and real estate owned by the Government of Ontario.
