Contact details
Jana specialises in corporate law and transactions on Czech and international capital markets. Her experience includes advising clients from energy, financial and telecommunications sectors in connection with M&A transactions, takeover bids, bond issues and initial and secondary offerings of shares, including the related regulatory advice, due diligence and ESG aspects.
In addition to working at A&O Prague, Jana was also a part of the A&O team in London focusing primarily on private M&A and equity transactions. In autumn 2021 she was seconded for six months as a legal counsel to 3i Infrastructure plc and FTSE250 infrastructure investment company.
