James is partner in Allen & Overy's Asia Pacific Funds & Asset Management group.
His practice focuses on clients active in private equity and other alternative assets, where he has a broad range of experience covering traditional fundraisings, secondary transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and capital markets transactions.
