Harsh Pais is partner in our global corporate and M&A practice and heads our India-focussed corporate practice. He has a broad corporate M&A practice, focussing on large cross-border acquisitions (involving public and private targets), joint ventures and private capital investments, as well as providing strategic advice on corporate governance, securities laws and crisis management.

Harsh advises a wide range of international clients, both large multi-national corporations and private capital (private equity, sovereign wealth and pension funds) across a range of sectors, including regulated industries such as financial services/insurance, infrastructure, and TMT. He also acts for leading Indian corporates on their major outbound M&A matters.

His past experience includes serving as Corporate practice Co-Head at a leading Indian law firm and working at a major international law firm in New York. Harsh is qualified to practise in England & Wales, New York and India.
