Frank has over 20 years of experience in Pension law. He advises (company) pension funds, insurance companies, large multi-nationals as well as their co-determination bodies (works council) on national and international pension issues.

He is also experienced in advising on the pension aspects of complex (multi-jurisdictional) M&A transactions. Frank also represents a wide array of clients in disputes related to pension schemes and arrangements.

He started his professional life as an employment and benefits lawyer and later specialised in Pensions law. Before joining Allen & Overy, he worked at Loyens & Loeff and Holland van Gijzen and cofounded a niche Dutch pension law firm.
