Frank Doornik

Counsel

Frank advices on national and international pension issues, including the establishment, amendment, transfer and closure of pension plans and pension providers.

He works for large and medium sized companies, pension providers (pension funds, insurance companies and PPI's) and their administrators. He is also experienced in advising on the pension aspects of complex (multi-jurisdictional) M&A transactions. Frank represents a wide array of clients in disputes related to pension schemes and arrangements.

He has practised in pension law for over 25 years and is a leading practitioner in the field. Frank regularly publishes and lectures on subjects in his field, and is a member of various professional associations.
