Francoise Perrick

Françoise is part of the Amsterdam corporate litigation team. She advises and litigates on a broad variety of corporate and commercial law matters. She has also worked in our corporate department where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions and venture capital transactions. Françoise joined Allen & Overy in 2019 after graduating from the Radboud University in Nijmegen and Columbia Law School in New York.
